- Referral code usage – stored to prevent misuse of referral rewards.
We do not collect phone numbers, addresses, government IDs, payment card details, or real-world identity information.
2. Information Collected During Chats
- We collect text messages and audio messages only for real-time chat and safety moderation.
- Messages are not used for advertising personalization.
- Chats may be monitored automatically to detect harmful or abusive behavior.
- We do NOT store conversations permanently unless necessary for security or legal compliance.
3. Guest Users
- Guest usernames remain locked for 24 hours to prevent impersonation.
- Each guest session is tracked for 24 hours for security and misuse prevention.
- Guest users remain anonymous and can convert to a full account anytime.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To provide random chat matching based on gender and optional interests.
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam, misuse, or harmful activities.
- To improve user safety and matching quality.
- To send important updates, service emails, and subscription information.
- To ensure proper billing and payment processing.
5. Moderation, Abuse, and Security
- We monitor for harmful behavior such as harassment, sexual content, threats, and spam.
- Users may report others; repeated reports may result in temporary or permanent bans.
- For security, we may block abusive users using:
- Account ID
- IP address
- Device fingerprint
- Guest token
- Banned or abusive users may be prevented from creating new accounts.
5A. Content Moderation & Objectionable Content Handling
ChatQuicky actively moderates user-generated content to maintain a safe and respectful
environment. We use a combination of automated systems and
manual human review to detect, review, and act on objectionable
or abusive content.
Users may report inappropriate behavior or content directly within the app. Reported
content is reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken
within 24 hours, including:
- Immediate removal of reported messages or content
- Temporary suspension or permanent banning of abusive users
- Blocking future access using account, device, or network identifiers
Content that violates our Terms of Service, Zero Tolerance Policy, or applicable laws
is removed promptly, and offending users are ejected from the platform.
6. Payments and Subscription Information
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not collect
or store your card numbers, CVV, bank details, or UPI information.
Stripe processes your payment information under their own privacy and security policies.
7. Cookies, Tracking & Analytics
- We use cookies for session management, security, and remembering preferences.
- We use local storage for guest login tokens and device identification.
- We use Google Analytics and Google Ads for anonymous usage statistics and ad performance.
- Cookies can be disabled, but some site features may not work.
